This is a hospital-based ICU travel assignment. EPIC EMR experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or unit in the ICU according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Monitor patient status, interpret data, and implement a personalized care plan; adjust interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other team members to coordinate care and ensure patient safety.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; delegate duties appropriately.
- Participate in discharge planning and patient/family education to promote safe transitions of care.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California (current CA RN license required)
- Minimum of two years of recent ICU/acute care experience
- BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS certification required; PALS certification required
- NIH Stroke Scale certification required
- EPIC EMR experience is required
- BSN: preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital ICU setting as a travel nurse
