Licensed Practical Nurse - Long-Term Care in Clovis, New Mexico. Local travel assignment starting 06/05/2026 for 7 weeks. Weekly pay range: $968-$1009 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts (18:00–06:30). Setting: long-term care, non-remote environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting per the plan of care.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments with accuracy per orders and facility policies.
- Monitor vital signs, intake and output, and document changes; promptly report to the supervising RN.
- Perform focused resident assessments and contribute to updates of care plans and medication administration records.
- Collaborate with RNs, other LPNs, CNAs, and the health care team to implement and adjust care plans; respond to emergencies as needed.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license; New Mexico licensure or eligible via multi-state/compact framework.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts and meet guaranteed weekly hours.
- LPN diploma and high school equivalency (or equivalent).
- Ability to pass required background checks and health clearances.
