Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy to patients in one-on-one sessions, delivering individualized care.
- Conduct initial evaluations, establish treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.
- Progress patients toward functional goals, adapting plans as needed based on response to therapy.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans; a dedicated 1-hour of paid documentation time is built into the day.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team and communicate with referring physicians to coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR; Epic experience is preferred.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in California
- Outpatient physical therapy experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work in a collaborative clinic setting
- Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- Travel-friendly and eligible for a temporary travel assignment
