Responsibilities
- Maintain and assist with the sterile field during surgical cases, passing instruments and supplies as directed.
- Scrub in and support the surgical team, adhering to sterile technique and AORN standards.
- Prepare the operating room, organize instrumentation, and assure accurate instrument counts before and after procedures.
- Assist with room turnover, instrument sterilization, and equipment readiness between cases.
- Communicate clearly with surgeons, circulators, and team members to support patient safety and efficient workflow.
Requirements
- Certification required
- Ability to work in a hospital/surgical environment
- Willingness to rotate weekends and participate in on-call coverage
- Eligible to work in the United States and available for a travel assignment in Dillon, MT
- Strong teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced setting
