Travel Registered Nurse LTC Job
Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care (LTC) travel assignment in Brentwood, NH. Start date 06/29/2026 for several weeks. Guaranteed 40 hours per week on the night shift, 10:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m., in an LTC–Nursing Home setting. Weekly pay ranges from $2,130 to $2,166.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and contribute to the development of individualized care plans for residents.
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care per physician orders and facility policies.
- Monitor resident conditions, document changes, and communicate promptly with charge nurses and physicians.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care and safety.
- Maintain accurate and complete electronic health records, including MARs, care plans, and progress notes.
- Ensure adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory standards; respond to emergencies per policy.
Requirements
- Active RN license in New Hampshire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher from an accredited program
- Prior nursing experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Ability to work night shift (10:45 p.m. – 7:15 a.m.)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
