Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, under the supervision of the registered nurse and physician
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policy
- Monitor residents’ vital signs, assess changes in condition, and document findings; communicate with the supervising RN/MD as needed
- Assist with activities of daily living and other routine nursing procedures, including wound care, ostomy care, and routine treatments per plan of care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in resident charts and ensure adherence to privacy and HIPAA requirements
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, respond to call bells promptly, and support resident safety and comfort during night shifts

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Hampshire
- Ability to work the night shift (18:45–07:15) and commit to a 9-week travel assignment
- Capacity to perform typical LTC nursing duties and follow the plan of care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with attention to detail in documentation and safety
- Eligibility to travel and meet assignment requirements for a skilled nursing facility setting
