Occupational Therapist — Zzz Occupational Therapist, Plentywood, Montana. Travel assignment in a hospital-based rehab department starting 08/31/2026 for 13 weeks. Guaranteed 35 hours per week with days shifts. Weekly pay range: $2,174–$2,378. This position provides inpatient and outpatient OT services within a busy multidisciplinary rehab program.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation and intervention for in-patients and out-patients, addressing a range of conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric development-related needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals; monitor progress and adjust approaches as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (physical therapy, speech therapy, nursing, and care coordination) to ensure integrated patient care and smooth transitions across settings.
- Document patient care and outcomes in the electronic medical record; ensure compliance with regulatory, professional, and facility standards.
- Support program offerings such as pelvic health therapy and other modality-based services; participate in hydrotherapy and home care planning as appropriate.
- Educate patients and families on activities of daily living, adaptive equipment, safety, and discharge planning; facilitate referrals to community resources and ongoing care when needed.
- Support school visitation and home care visits as assigned to promote continuity of care and community integration.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Montana or eligibility for licensure
- Degree from an accredited OT program (Master’s or entry-level Doctorate)
- Experience in inpatient and outpatient rehab settings; comfort working with orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric-related populations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital rehab environment and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to participate in a travel temporary assignment and maintain consistent in-person presence during scheduled shifts
- Strong documentation skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
