Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policy
- Monitor residents’ condition, document changes, and report promptly to the care team
- Provide routine nursing care and assist with activities of daily living as needed
- Develop and update care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Ensure safety protocols, infection control, and falls prevention measures are followed
- Maintain accurate charting, documentation, and compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric settings preferred
- Ability to work night shifts (3x12) and meet assignment schedule requirements
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, resident-centered long-term care environment
- Eligibility to work in the United States
