Role specifics and benefits. As a Travel RN Oncology, you’ll deliver comprehensive cancer care across the treatment continuum: administering chemotherapy and supportive infusions with meticulous attention to safety and asepsis, monitoring labs and vital signs, managing side effects, and responding to emergent issues with clinical judgment. You’ll educate patients and families about treatment plans, expected side effects, pain and symptom management, and transitions of care, all while documenting thoroughly in electronic medical records and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. Collaboration is essential—work alongside oncologists, pharmacists, social workers, palliative care teams, and radiation oncology colleagues to coordinate care plans, assist with care coordination, and participate in rounds. Competitive compensation includes a weekly pay range of $1,892-$1,991, a sign-on bonus, housing assistance, and the potential for assignment extensions to continue your impact with the same team or in new settings.
