Responsibilities

- Collaborate with physicians and the health care team to coordinate timely, safe, and effective care for trauma and emergency patients.
- Administer medications, perform procedures within scope, monitor patient responses, and document care accurately.
- Deliver education and discharge planning to patients and families, ensuring comprehension of care plans and follow-up needs.
- Delegate appropriate tasks to other licensed or supportive staff based on competence and legal scope of practice; uphold patient safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Comfort working in an emergency/trauma care setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
