Responsibilities
- Perform radiographic imaging for ED, inpatient, portable and OR procedures as assigned
- Operate radiologic and fluoroscopic equipment; adjust technique to ensure diagnostic-quality images
- Evaluate images for technical quality; identify when repeats are needed and pursue appropriate re-imaging
- Document and manage studies in EMR systems (EPIC and Sectra) with accurate labeling and storage
- Collaborate with radiology team, physicians, and students; participate in competency check-offs for students as required
- Adhere to PPE and mask-fit requirements; maintain exposure control and patient safety throughout procedures

Requirements
- ARRT certification in Radiography and BLS certification required
- Graduated from a JRCERT/ARRT-approved program
- Minimum 1 year Level 1 trauma experience or 2–3 years at a large trauma level 2 facility
- Comfortable imaging in ED, inpatient, portable and OR settings; willingness to learn pediatrics and neonates
- Experience with imaging equipment from GE, Philips, and CareStream; EPIC and Sectra EMR familiarity is beneficial
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment and to float between departments as needed
