Licensed Practical Nurse, Long-Term Care — Albuquerque, New Mexico. This travel assignment starts May 15, 2026 and runs for 8 weeks with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift 06:00–18:30. Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents per individualized care plans and physician orders
- Monitor vital signs, assess changes in condition, and document findings accurately
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring correct timing and dosing
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and promote safety, comfort, and dignity
- Communicate and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team; report changes promptly
- Maintain infection control practices, aseptic technique, and proper charting; assist with wound care as directed
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to a rotating or varied schedule
- Successful completion of required background checks and health screenings
- Demonstrated ability to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in a fast-paced LTC setting
