Travel Radiology CT Tech Job
CT Technologist (CT Tech) travel assignment in Rochester, NY. Start date 05/18/2026 for several weeks. Weekly pay range $2,699–$2,754 per week. No guaranteed hours. Shift: Tue–Fri, 07:00–17:30 (4x10-hour days). Work setting: a 400-bed hospital radiology department with Interventional Radiology and a Stroke Center.

Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging studies of the head, chest, abdomen, and pelvis with or without contrast for patients across all ages.
- Prepare and administer contrast media; operate Medrad injector; establish and maintain peripheral IV access as needed.
- Support interventional CT procedures within the IR/stroke center setting (e.g., drains, biopsies) and work with Philips systems (also familiar with GE, Siemens, Toshiba platforms).
- Float to related radiology areas as needed; follow isolation precautions and PPE protocol; ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging.
- Document studies and findings in EPIC; maintain accurate charting and adhere to department and billable time policies.
- Schedule requires on-call around two weekends per month and holiday coverage as assigned.
Requirements
- NY state license required in hand to submit
- ARRT (R) certification and BLS
- Minimum 1 year CT experience
- Preferred: experience with Philips equipment and interventional CT procedures (drains, biopsies)
- EPIC charting experience required
- Ability to work in a hospital radiology setting and to float to related areas; willingness to take call as part of the assignment
- Travel-friendly applicant; first-time travelers accepted
