Travel Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Job
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a focus on long-term care is needed in Lebanon, New Hampshire. This travel-optional temporary assignment starts on 04/01/2026 and runs for 11 weeks. Expect guaranteed 36 hours per week with a pay range of $1,047 to $1,097 per week. Shifts are 3x12-hour days (07:00–19:30), with local-only coverage on Sun, Mon, and Tue. Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents under supervision of a registered nurse
- Administer medications and document accurately in the medical record
- Monitor vital signs, assess patient status, and report changes promptly
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and maintain resident comfort and safety
- Document care plans, observations, and interventions; participate in rounds and care coordination
Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Hampshire
- Graduation from an approved practical nursing program
- Prior experience in a long-term care or geriatric setting preferred
- Ability to work Sun, Mon, and Tue shifts (07:00–19:30) and meet assigned schedule
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Local candidates preferred for this assignment
