Role Specifics and Benefits: In Med Surg Tele, you will be the hub of patient-centered care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment for adults with medical and surgical conditions who require telemetry monitoring. Core responsibilities include accurate documentation, IV therapy administration, medication management, wound and drain care, postoperative recovery support, early recognition of changes in patient status, and rapid escalation when needed. You’ll coordinate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize discharge planning, rehab resources, and patient education. Our compensation package is designed to reflect your expertise and commitment, with a weekly pay range of $1,827 to $1,964, and a sign-on bonus where applicable. Housing assistance is available to ease transitions, and extension opportunities allow you to continue contributing your skills beyond the initial assignment. Start Date: 04/06/2026, with assignments running for several weeks. Although this program does not guarantee hours, the schedule is designed to provide meaningful case loads, regular shifts, and consistent collaboration with a dedicated support network.
