Registered Nurse – Home Health travel assignment in Bala Cynwyd, PA beginning May 20, 2026 for 12 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,380 to $2,405 per week, with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Responsibilities
- Provide direct skilled nursing care to patients in home settings according to the plan of care and physician orders.
- Conduct timely home health assessments; document and manage OASIS data as required; update the care plan as patient needs evolve.
- Administer medications and treatments per protocol; monitor patient status, manage symptoms, and adjust care as indicated.
- Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, safety, wound care, and equipment use; reinforce discharge instructions.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (physicians, therapists, social workers) to coordinate care, arrange referrals, and plan transitions between services.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record; typically see a high-volume caseload (approximately 5–6 patients per day) with substantial documentation workload.
Requirements
- Active New Jersey RN license; must be a local candidate
- 2+ years of home health experience
- OASIS experience required
- Weekend rotation: 1 weekend out of every 4
- Ability to work in a home health setting; strong documentation and communication skills
- Availability to work 40 hours per week on a 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule
