Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long-Term Care Job
Licensed Practical Nurse, Long-Term Care, Milford, New Hampshire. This travel - temporary assignment starts May 14, 2026 and runs for five weeks with 40 guaranteed hours per week. Evening shifts (5x8) in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments under supervision of a licensed nurse.
- Monitor residents’ condition, obtain and document vitals, and report changes promptly.
- Provide direct basic nursing care and personal assistance with activities of daily living.
- Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and routine procedures as delegated.
- Document care accurately in the electronic health record and maintain the medication administration record.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure resident safety, comfort, and timely response to calls or emergencies.
Requirements
- Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse license to practice in New Hampshire.
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing setting is preferred.
- Ability to work evenings; 5x8 schedule; 40 hours guaranteed.
- CPR/BLS certification preferred; ability to obtain during onboarding if required.
- Must pass background check and drug screen; comply with required immunizations and facility policies.
