Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language pathology services to K-12 students, primarily via teletherapy
- Conduct evaluations, progress monitoring, and eligibility determinations as appropriate
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and other service providers to support student outcomes
- Document services in the educational record and ensure compliance with district and state requirements
- Adapt services to the school calendar and maintain professional standards in a teletherapy delivery model

Requirements
- Active Oregon SLP license
- Ability to provide teletherapy services in a K-12 setting or willingness to work in a teletherapy model
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)
- Experience or demonstrated ability to work in a school environment and with pediatric populations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable coordinating with educators and families
- Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to participate in a 42-week school-year assignment
