Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders under supervision
- Monitor residents’ vital signs and report changes to the supervising nurse
- Assist with activities of daily living and follow individualized care plans
- Document care provided in the electronic health record and communicate with the RN and interdisciplinary team
- Ensure safety, infection control, and adherence to facility policies
- Participate in shift handoffs and respond to resident needs promptly
Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico
- Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts (3x12)
- Local candidate preferred; able to work within a local travel assignment
- Experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to follow care plans
