Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery (L&D) in Middlebury, VT. Start date 07/20/2026 for a 16-week travel assignment. Weekly pay range of $2,571 to $2,708 per week, with pay tiers based on mileage (Travel 101 miles+, Radius 51–100 miles, Local 50 miles or less). Shift is 3x12 Night. This position occurs in a hospital setting and focuses on Labor, Delivery, Post-Partum, and Newborn care with required cross-unit support.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for laboring patients, deliveries, postpartum, and newborns; monitor maternal and fetal status
- Administer medications, perform routine assessments, and assist with obstetric procedures as needed
- Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesia, neonatal team, and nursing staff to coordinate care and ensure patient safety
- Document all care in the electronic health record (Epic) accurately and timely; ensure proper charting of assessments, medications, and interventions
- Support discharge planning and patient education for postpartum and newborn care; coordinate lactation consults when appropriate
- Perform unit-based duties as assigned and adhere to infection control and safety protocols

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Certifications: AHA BLS and NRP required
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Post-Partum, and Newborn Care) experience
- Education: Graduation from an accredited RN program
- Epic experience within the past 2 years is required
- Ability to work in the Labor and Delivery setting and float to Med-Surg and ED units as needed
- Prior travel experience preferred
- Additional: Must be able to meet assignment demands on a 3x12 night schedule and participate in scheduling that may include weekends
