Travel Physical Therapist Job

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive PT evaluations for residents in the LTC setting and establish individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, gait training, ROM activities, and appropriate modalities as indicated.
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, document outcomes, and communicate findings with the interprofessional team.
- Educate residents and families on home exercise programs and activity strategies to support ongoing functional goals.
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other therapists to support discharge planning and goal attainment.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license appropriate for practice in the United States; verification of credentials will be required.
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting and adapt to a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Available for a 13-week travel assignment with a guaranteed 35 hours per week schedule.
- Willingness to work a consistent shift and comply with facility and regulatory standards.
