Travel Registered Nurse PCU Job
Registered Nurse – PCU travel assignment in Concord, NH. Start date 06/08/2026 for 13 weeks. 36 guaranteed hours per week on a 12-hour night shift (2x3 schedule). Weekly pay range: $2,270 to $2,423 per week. Travel - Temporary Assignment in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for PCU/step-down patients, including assessment, planning, and ongoing care
- Monitor patient status, administer medications, manage IV therapy and lines, and respond to changes in condition
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and revise care plans; document in the electronic medical record (Cerner experience preferred)
- Recognize and respond to clinical changes, participate in escalation and handoffs, and assist with procedures as needed
- Maintain safety and infection control standards; address patient and family education and discharge planning
- May be requested to float to nearby units within the same health system as needed
Requirements
- Active RN license in New Hampshire or a Compact state required at time of submission
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2+ years of RN experience in PCU/step-down or similar setting
- NURSYS license verification showing active RN licenses
- EMR experience preferred: Cerner experience is a plus
- RTO requests must be included at time of submission
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and adapt to a 12-hour night shift schedule
