Travel Registered Nurse MICU Job
Registered Nurse - MICU in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Start date July 6, 2026 for a 13-week local contract (nursing). Weekly pay ranges from $2,234 to $2,304 per week with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift is 7:00pm–7:00am (nights). The assignment is in an inpatient critical care environment within a hospital setting. The program name is Local Contract (Nursing).

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for critically ill adult patients in MICU, including monitoring vitals, device management, and symptom assessment
- Administer medications, titrate IV drips, and respond to deteriorating conditions promptly
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other care team members to implement and update care plans
- Document assessments, interventions, and progress in the EPIC electronic medical record; ensure accuracy and legibility
- Participate in rounding, coordinate procedures, and support family updates and education
- Maintain infection control standards, perform routine patient care tasks, and respond to codes according to protocol
Requirements
- ICU/MICU RN experience: 2+ years
- Education: BSN required
- Certifications/systems: EPIC experience
- Experience: Previous travel/contract experience preferred
- Scheduling: RTO requests must allow for all 3 shifts in a week to be worked
- Additional: Ability to work in a high-acuity inpatient critical care setting
