Start date is 06/15/2026 for a 13-week assignment with a weekly pay range of $1,630 to $1,676 and guaranteed 35 hours per week. The shift is 5x8 days, with daily hours from 08:00 to 16:30.

Responsibilities
- Provide PTA-directed therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist in a long-term care setting.
- Assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
- Lead or assist with therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfer training, balance activities, ROM, and strength programs.
- Document patient response and progress clearly and timely; communicate changes to the supervising PT.
- Support patient safety during therapy sessions, including patient positioning, device setup, and fall-prevention strategies.
- Maintain a clean, organized therapy area and comply with infection control and charting requirements.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in New Hampshire or eligibility for licensure.
- Graduation from an accredited PTA program (associate degree or equivalent).
- CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting and adapt to a travel assignment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; reliability in documentation and teamwork.
- Prior experience in physical therapy assistance, with LTC or skilled rehabilitation experience preferred.
