Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff, providing guidance as needed.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered outcomes.
- Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making in daily clinical practice.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient status, interventions, and responses to treatment.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license (California) or eligibility consistent with assignment location.
- Ability to work night shifts (12-hour shifts) and meet travel assignment requirements.
- Completion of credentialing and onboarding processes as part of the travel assignment.
- Education consistent with RN practice (graduation from an accredited nursing program).
