Responsibilities
- Provide OT services to residents under supervision, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic activities.
- Implement and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with the OT team and interdisciplinary colleagues.
- Document patient progress, goals, and outcomes according to regulatory and facility standards.
- Support activities of daily living and mobility, using adaptive equipment as prescribed to promote independence.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment; uphold infection control and equipment-use guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care-team members to coordinate care and progress toward goals.

Requirements
- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential with ability to practice; license status may be verified during hiring.
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting with a geriatric population; strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in OT documentation and basic computer skills.
- Eligibility or willingness to participate in travel assignment and adapt to a 8.5-hour shift schedule.
- Commitment to following facility policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards.
- Demonstrated reliability and ability to maintain professional standards in a fast-paced environment.
