Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long-Term Care Job
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a long-term care setting based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Travel assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC starting 04/27/2026 for 12 weeks. Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents within the scope of practice for an LPN, including medication administration as assigned and per policy
- Monitor resident conditions, perform routine assessments, document findings, and report changes to the supervising RN
- Assist with activities of daily living, including hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and comfort measures
- Measure and record vital signs; support wound care and routine treatment plans as delegated
- Document care in the resident’s chart and communicate with the interdisciplinary team to support care planning and safety
- Maintain infection control practices, safety protocols, and accurate handoffs during shift changes

- Ability to work in a long-term care setting
- Availability for a travel assignment with a 3x12 night schedule
- Willingness to commit to a 12-week assignment
- Ability to function within an interdisciplinary care team and follow facility policies and procedures
