Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care (LTC) setting in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Start date: 03/30/2026. eight-week travel assignment with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts (18:00–06:30). Weekly pay: $922-$988. Local candidates only. Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments following physician orders and facility policy
- Monitor residents’ vital signs, assess changes, and report findings to the supervising RN
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the charting system and care plans
- Assist with activities of daily living and ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity
- Collaborate with the health care team to implement and adjust care plans and respond to changes in resident condition
Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico
- Local candidates only (Santa Fe area)
- Ability to work nights: 18:00–06:30, 3x12-hour shifts
- Willingness to commit to an 8-week contract
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting and follow care plans
