Travel Registered Nurse Rehab Job
Registered Nurse – Rehab, in a hospital setting located in Cumming, GA. Start date: 06/15/2026. This is a travel, temporary assignment through 13 weeks with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift: 12-hour nights on a 3-night-on, 4-night-off rotation. Weekly pay ranges from $1,527 to $1,625 per week.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care to adult rehabilitation patients in a hospital setting, including assessments and ongoing monitoring.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team; reassess and adjust as needed.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, wound care, and other therapies per physician orders and facility protocols.
- Provide mobility, activity of daily living support, and fall prevention strategies; support discharge planning and patient education.
- Document care and interventions accurately in the electronic health record; ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
- Respond to emergencies per facility protocol and coordinate with team members to optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Active RN license in Georgia (or current multi-state license with eligibility in Georgia)
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in rehabilitation or a closely related specialty
- Certifications: American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and participate in a 3 nights on/4 nights off rotation in a hospital rehabilitation setting
- Effective communication and teamwork; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
