Physical Therapist needed for a travel assignment in a rehab-focused skilled nursing environment in Glen Rose, TX. Start date is 07/27/2026 for a 26-week contract. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehab team to coordinate care and ensure quality outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards
Requirements
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
- Ability to work in a skilled nursing rehab setting
- Availability for a 26-week travel assignment
- Must be able to work Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
