Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders; document administration accurately
- Monitor resident health, perform routine assessments, track vital signs, and report changes promptly
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and update individualized care plans for geriatric residents
- Assist with activities of daily living and comfort measures; support resident dignity and independence
- Maintain accurate charting and documentation, including medication records, care plans, and shift handoffs
- Ensure safety, infection prevention, and adherence to facility policies during all care activities

Requirements
- Active North Carolina RN license
- Minimum 12 months of recent RN experience, with geriatric or long-term care exposure preferred
- Ability to work the evening shift (3:00 pm–11:00 pm) and every other weekend as required
- Credentialing documents due by 10/10/2026 or ASAP
- Holiday coverage as needed by client
- Eligibility to work in the United States
