Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop, implement, and update a Plan of Care (POC); document progress notes and other clinical records regularly.
- Deliver direct occupational therapy interventions focusing on range of motion, strength, coordination, and activity tolerance; assess and provide adaptive equipment and environmental modifications; fabricate and maintain adaptive devices as needed.
- Evaluate patient occupational performance across self-care, work, leisure, and rest; assess sensory-motor, psycho-social, and cognitive-perceptual components; consider environmental factors affecting ADL performance.
- Apply infection control and universal precautions; collaborate with interdisciplinary team; consult with physicians and other health professionals as appropriate; protect patient confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures; organize and analyze data; troubleshoot and set up OT equipment; perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Current state license as an Occupational Therapist (Washington) – Required
- Proof of current CPR certification – Required
- Current driver's license – Required
- Reliable transportation and auto insurance – Required
- Two years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting – Required
- Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program – Required
- Ability to work in a long-term care/rehabilitation setting and to travel as needed
