Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long-Term Care Job
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care in Glover, VT, United States. This travel temporary assignment starts on 04/20/2026 and runs for Weeks with a guaranteed 40 hours per week. Shifts are evening and night in a long-term care nursing home setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents per individualized care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, document administration and monitor for side effects
- Assess residents’ conditions during shifts, report changes to supervising RN and the interdisciplinary team
- Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and safety to support resident comfort and independence
- Monitor and manage routine wound care, IVs and injections as delegated within scope
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record and uphold facility policies
Requirements
- Active LPN license in Vermont (in good standing)
- CPR/BLS certification
- Previous clinical experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Ability to work evenings and nights on a 40-hour schedule
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; reliable and detail-oriented
- Eligibility to participate in a temporary travel assignment and comply with assignment policies
