Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Travel assignment in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Start date 04/13/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $1,408-$1,477 per week with guaranteed hours of 35 per week. Shift: 08:00–16:30, five days per week. Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to residents under supervision of a licensed OT per plan of care.
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments; implement treatment plans and monitor progress; adjust goals as needed.
- Document treatment and progress in resident records; maintain compliance with state regulations and facility policies.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including OT, nursing, and rehabilitation aides; participate in rounds and care conferences.
- Educate residents and caregivers on activities of daily living, adaptive techniques, and home exercise programs; support discharge planning and follow-up.
- Maintain safety, infection control, and patient-centered care during all activities; adapt interventions to resident tolerance and goals.
Requirements
- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential
- Ability to provide OT services under supervision in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Availability to work the listed shift (08:00–16:30, five days per week) with guaranteed 35 hours per week
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Agencies must have NM caregiver account (as noted in job notes)
