Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting under the supervision of a nursing supervisor
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with license scope and facility policy
- Monitor and document resident conditions, assess for changes, and report them to the supervising nurse
- Perform essential nursing duties, including ADL assistance, wound care, and basic therapeutic interventions
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure continuity of care with the interdisciplinary team
- Adhere to infection control practices, safety protocols, and care plans; participate in shift handoffs
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Pennsylvania
- Experience or exposure to long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
- Ability to work evenings (3:00 PM–11:30 PM) on a 5-day per week schedule
- Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to collaborate with the nursing team
- Eligible to participate in a travel assignment and work in the listed location
