- Key responsibilities: As a Surgical Tech, you’ll set up and break down the operating room with meticulous attention to sterile technique, oversee instrument and equipment readiness, assist with patient positioning and draping, manage instrument counts with precision, pass instruments to the surgeon efficiently, and support anesthesia teams as needed.
