Responsibilities
- Operate computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic use
- Perform CT imaging procedures and assist with general radiography and fluoroscopy as needed
- Ensure proper patient positioning, technique selection, and adherence to radiation safety and quality standards
- Process and transfer images to the radiology information system or PACS, ensuring accurate documentation
- Maintain equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and follow infection control and patient privacy policies
- Collaborate with the care team in a home hospice setting to support patient comfort and safety
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to operate CT imaging equipment and perform radiography and fluoroscopy as needed
- Willingness to work a nights schedule (12-hour shifts) on a travel assignment
- Ability to work effectively in a home healthcare - hospice environment
- Strong patient communication, attention to safety, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to radiation safety, image quality, and professional standards
