Responsibilities
- Provide nursing assessment and care to patients within a methadone clinic setting, including monitoring responses to treatment
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately
- Monitor vital signs, assess patient condition, and respond to changes in clinical status
- Perform routine nursing tasks and procedures, while adhering to clinic policies and safety protocols
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individual care plans
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license (state appropriate) to practice
- Ability to work in a methadone clinic setting
- Availability to start on 06/07/2026 and commit to a 13-week travel assignment
- Willingness to work a travel assignment with guaranteed 40 hours per week
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to support a multidisciplinary care approach
