Travel Registered Nurse Tele Job
Registered Nurse - Telemetry (Travel) in Concord, New Hampshire, starting May 4, 2026 for a 13-week assignment. Weekly pay ranges from $2,282 to $2,325 per week. Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret telemetry for adult inpatient patients, respond to alarms, and escalate as needed
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses; intervene per protocol
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure patient safety
- Document care, assessments, and interventions accurately in the electronic medical record
- Maintain infection control and patient safety standards; support patient comfort and advocacy
- Adapt to unit needs, including potential elevation in acuity and occasional float to nearby sites
Requirements
- Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission; NHISS needed prior to start; NURSYS verification of all active RN licenses
- BLS required; ACLS preferred; Dysrhythmia exam during onboarding with a preferred score of 80%
- 1–2 years minimum Med-Surg experience; telemetry experience required; open to CCU RN if comfortable with med-surg ratios and acuity
- 2+ years of telemetry experience; up-to-date resume showing 2+ years of travel experience
- Driver’s license with address matching demographics
- EMR experience preferred: Cerner
- RTO must be included at submission
