Responsibilities
- Provide routine nursing care to residents within the LPN scope of practice
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per plan
- Monitor residents’ status, vital signs, symptoms; document changes and communicate observations
- Assist with care planning and implement nursing care plans under supervision
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other care team members; report changes promptly
- Promote safety, infection control, and resident dignity; maintain clean and organized patient areas
Requirements
- Travel experience (regional) required
- Ability to work a full-time schedule in a long-term care and assisted living setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills; team-oriented
- Availability to start March 23, 2026
- Willingness to adhere to the assignment’s 40-hour weekly schedule
