This is a travel Registered Nurse position in Med Surg Tele for Needham, Massachusetts. Start date 11/16/2026 for a 13-week assignment. Weekly pay ranges from $2,554 to $2,777, with guaranteed hours of 72 biweekly. Shift is 12-hour nights (3x per week). The role is in a hospital setting, with a non-local traveler requirement (cannot reside within 50 miles of the facility). Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for Med Surg Tele patients, including ongoing assessment and monitoring
- Administer medications, manage IV therapies, and respond to clinical changes per care plan
- Observe telemetry as indicated, escalate findings, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
- Document accurately in EPIC, ensuring charting supports safe continuity of care
- Participate in shift handoffs, uphold infection control practices, and maintain patient safety standards
- Support patient education, discharge planning, and coordination with ancillary services as appropriate

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)
- Minimum 2 years of Med Surg Tele nursing experience
- EPIC EMR experience
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, with weekend and holiday coverage as needed
- No float requirement; non-local traveler status (cannot reside within 50 miles of the facility)

Education
- Current MA RN licensure; education level to meet state nursing licensure requirements
