Travel Physical Therapist Job
Outpatient Physical Therapist — Travel, Glenwood Springs, Colorado. This travel assignment begins 05/26/2026 for 13 weeks in a hospital-based outpatient setting. Earn 2,177–2,274 per week with guaranteed 38 hours per week on a 10-hour shift (4-10s with alternating weekdays). The role focuses on evaluating and treating a variety of outpatient diagnoses to restore strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and functional independence.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients to determine appropriate outpatient physical therapy treatment plans
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting strength, ROM, balance, safety, and function
- Administer therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress toward goals
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and home safety strategies
- Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and communication with the care team
- Collaborate with other rehabilitation and medical staff to coordinate care and discharge planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in physical therapy
- Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado
- At least two years of PT experience; 3–5 years preferred
- BLS through the American Heart Association
- Ability to work in a hospital outpatient setting
- Radius rule: traveler’s permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the assignment site
