- Assist with activities of daily living and maintain resident safety, comfort, and dignity
- Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and other members of the care team to update and implement care plans
Requirements
- Ability to perform nursing duties in a long-term care setting
- Availability for a night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) and a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Commitment to patient safety and adherence to policies and procedures
- Effective teamwork and ability to work within a multidisciplinary care team
- Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred
