Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care | Lebanon, New Hampshire, United States
This is a travel, temporary assignment starting 05/01/2026 for 17 contract weeks in a long-term care setting. Earn a weekly pay range of $1,081 to $1,100 with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift schedule is 12.5-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with work on Monday and Friday and every other weekend. Work setting: LTC – Nursing Home.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy.
- Monitor residents’ condition, document vital signs, and report changes to the supervising RN.
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, mobility) and provide comfort measures.
- Perform basic wound care, dressing changes, and injections as directed and within scope.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the charting system; ensure safe, patient-centered care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support care plans and infection control practices.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire.
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting and perform 12.5-hour day shifts.
- Availability for a 17-week assignment starting 05/01/2026 with 36 guaranteed hours per week.
- Prior long-term care or geriatric patient care experience preferred.
- Must be able to work in Lebanon, NH and adhere to facility policies and clinical standards.
