Travel Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Job
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position in a long-term care setting located in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Travel - temporary assignment starting 04/03/2026 for 16 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,044 to $1,118 per week with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift is 12-hour days, 07:00–19:30, with Mon and Fri and every other weekend schedule. This assignment is in a long-term care (LTC) facility.

Responsibilities
- Monitor residents’ health status, measure vital signs, assess changes, and report to the supervising RN
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy
- Perform routine nursing tasks, wound care, activities of daily living support, and specimen collection as appropriate
- Document care provided and update electronic health records accurately
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the care team and participate in care planning
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and multidisciplinary staff to ensure high-quality resident care
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing (state: New Hampshire)
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to perform 12-hour day shifts (07:00–19:30) and work Mon, Fri with every other weekend
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced LTC environment
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and patient communication skills
