Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations for residents in a long-term care setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve activities of daily living, mobility, and functional independence
- Provide direct OT interventions and document progress according to plan of care
- Reassess residents regularly, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Educate residents and families on therapy goals, safety, and home/activity adaptations
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and facility standards

- Ability to work in a long-term care setting
- Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary care
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and charting
