Responsibilities
- Provide direct, skilled nursing care to residents during the night shift in a post-acute SNF setting
- Administer medications, therapies, and treatments per physician orders; monitor for adverse effects and respond to changes in patient condition
- Conduct nursing assessments, document findings, and contribute to care plan updates
- Document care using Point Click Care (PCC) and maintain accurate, timely charting
- Collaborate with the interprofessional team to coordinate discharge planning, therapies, and follow-up care
- Ensure patient safety, infection prevention, and adherence to facility policies and regulatory standards

Requirements
- Active RN license to submit; eligibility to practice in the United States; state licensure requirements per assignment apply
- BLS Certification required
- Education: Nursing degree/diploma from an accredited program; BSN is not required
- Experience: Relevant RN experience in skilled nursing facility or post-acute care settings preferred
- Proficiency with Point Click Care (PCC) or willingness to learn; ability to work 12-hour night shifts and the stated schedule
- Ability to work in a post-acute SNF environment and to fulfill the every-other-weekend/holiday schedule
