Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care in Silver City, New Mexico. This is a local, travel-eligible 6-week temporary assignment starting on 07/01/2026 with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Shift is 3x12-hour days (06:00–18:30). Work setting is a long-term care nursing home environment.

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and document accurately in patient records and the MAR.
- Conduct routine nursing assessments; monitor vital signs and report acute changes to the supervising RN.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, maintaining safety, comfort, and dignity.
- Implement and adjust care plans under supervision; participate in interdisciplinary team rounds.
- Maintain precise documentation and uphold infection control and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate transitions and communicate changes in resident status.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing
- Ability to work the 3x12-hour shift schedule (06:00–18:30)
- Local candidate for Silver City area (LOCAL ONLY)
- Availability to start on 07/01/2026 for a 6-week assignment
- Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to follow care plans and facility policies
