Travel Registered Nurse Case Manager Job
Registered Nurse – Case Manager in Everett, WA. Start date 06/15/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment within a hospital setting. Weekly pay range $2,183–$2,327 per week. Responsibilities
- Provide discharge planning and care coordination from admission through transition to the next level of care
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, arrange DME, and coordinate community resources
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including Social Services, nursing, physicians, and therapy services
- Maintain accurate documentation in the charting system (EPIC) and ensure timely referrals and follow-up
- Manage a patient load in the approximate range of 25–30 patients; participate in unit rounds and care conferences
- Float across hospital units and campuses as needed; participate in holiday coverage
Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing; pending license accepted per job notes
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience
- Discharge planning / care coordination experience required
- Case management experience across Med-Surg, LLOS, and ED preferred
- EPIC charting experience; ability to navigate complex care plans
- Ability to float across units and campuses; strong communication and organization skills
Education
- Education: RN licensure required for RN applicants; MSW degree considered where applicable per role
