Role Specifics and Benefits:
- Responsibilities: Deliver expert critical care nursing in the ICU, including initial patient assessments, hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, administration of vasoactive medications, infection control, and rapid response to emergent changes. Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, respiratory therapists, and bedside teams. Provide precise documentation, patient and family education, and safe transition planning for step-down or discharge. Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and contribute to evidence-based practice in critical care.
